Entrepreneur with a strong strategic vision in building digital ecosystems and scalable business models, he is the Founder and Chairman of Ermes, the Group’s holding company.
Throughout his career, he has founded and developed multiple ventures, successfully executing the exit of a company and establishing a solid track record in value creation. He currently leads the development of Marvinet, the Group’s only operating company in the market.
With Ermes, he has designed a model integrating technology, commercial development, and financial management, with the objective of building a solid, scalable, and long-term oriented group.
Giorgio Giuliano
Senior banking professional with extensive experience in the financial sector, he is a board member of Bank J. Safra Sarasin and serves as Managing Director.
Over the course of his career, he has built strong relationships with institutional investors, funds, and family offices, supporting complex transactions and entrepreneurial projects.
As Vice Chairman of Ermes, he contributes to the Group’s strategic direction and supports financial structuring and development initiatives.
